Job summary

ImproveIT Solutions is seeking a DevOps/Platform Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join a long-term client project in Warsaw. You will build and operate scalable Kubernetes infrastructure, enable secure deployments, and drive performance, reliability, and security across a high-performance digital platform.

You will own cloud and container management (AWS, EKS), implement IaC with Terraform, develop CI/CD pipelines, implement blue-green and canary deployments, and establish observability

Qualifications

• 3+ years of DevOps or Platform Engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.
• Experience with production monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident prevention.
• Korean language proficiency.

The main task is to build and operate scalable Kubernetes infrastructure and enable secure, reliable deployments for a high-performance digital platform.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters and cloud infrastructure.

Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code.

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and zero-downtime deployment strategies.

Build self-service deployment tools to improve developer productivity.
