Job summary

Brightstar ищет опытного инженера DevOps/SRE в Варшаве для проектирования и реализации стратегий CI/CD, автоматизации и обеспечения надёжности платформ. Вы будете руководить инциативами по безопасности, мониторингу и инцидентам, наставлять команду и способствовать росту эффективности через автоматизацию.

Требуются 5–7 лет опыта, опыт работы в Agile, знание облаков (Azure/AWS/GCP) и продвинутый Kubernetes. Отличное знание английского и ориентация на качество и улучшения.

Qualifications

• 5–7 лет опыта в DevOps, SRE или инжиниринге систем
• Сильные навыки автоматизации и скриптинга
• Глубокие знания одной облачной платформы: Azure, AWS или GCP
• Продвинутый Kubernetes: мульти кластер, масштабирование и апгрейды
• Опыт проектирования устойчивых, масштабируемых и безопасных систем
• Знание наблюдаемости, мониторинга и инцидент-менеджмента
• Безопасность и требовательность к соответствию: IAM, шифрование, SOC2, PCI, HIPAA
• Уровень английского B2/C1 в распределённых командах
• Опыт Agile: Scrum или Kanban
• Будет плюсом: GitOps ArgoCD/Flux, Istio либо Linkerd, Kafka, Vault/AWS KMS

Responsibilities

• Разработка стратегий CI/CD и инфраструктурной автоматизации
• Оптимизация надёжности, производительности и безопасности сервисов
• Реагирование на Major Incident и анализ корневых причин
• Оптимизация затрат и планирование мощности
• Наставничество младших инженеров по DevOps и внедрение практик
• Анализ состояния платформы и рисков, план улучшений в первый месяц
• Реализация важной инициативы CI/CD или оптимизации затрат в первые 60 дней
• Руководство анализом причин инцидентов и системными исправлениями
• Обеспечение надёжности сервиса совместно с Platform/SRE
• Проведение постинцидентного обзора на основе данных
• Улучшение платформы с акцентом на автоматизацию
• Завершение ежегодного обучения по информационной безопасности

• Lead the design of CI/CD strategies and infrastructure automation;
• Optimize reliability, performance, and security across services;
• Handle major incident response and root cause analysis;
• Drive cost optimization and capacity planning;
• Mentor junior and mid-level DevOps engineers and champion best practices;
• Map platform health and risk areas and propose an improvement plan within the first 30 days;
• Implement a high-impact CI/CD or cost-optimization initiative within the first 60 days;
• Lead a root cause analysis and drive systemic fixes across teams within the first 90 days;
• Own service reliability with support from Platform/SRE teams;
• Conduct data-driven post-incident reviews;
• Improve the platform through an automation-first approach;
• Complete required annual information security training.

Требования

• 5–7 Years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering;
• Strong automation and scripting skills;
• Deep expertise in at least one cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP;
• Advanced Kubernetes knowledge, including multi-cluster environments, scaling, and upgrades;
• Track record of designing resilient, scalable, and secure systems;
• In-depth knowledge of observability, monitoring, and incident management;
• Proficiency in security hardening and compliance-minded engineering;
• Familiarity with security and compliance practices, including IAM, encryption, SOC2, PCI, and HIPAA where relevant;
• English communication skills at B2/C1 level within distributed teams;
• Growth mindset with a focus on automation, measurement, and continuous improvement;
• Pragmatic problem-solving and customer-centric thinking;
• Experience collaborating in Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban;
• Nice to have: GitOps with Argo CD or Flux, Service Mesh with Istio or Linkerd, Kafka, secrets management with Vault or AWS KMS/Azure Key Vault, FinOps practices and cost observability, OWASP Top 10, SLSA, SBOM/SCAs.
