This position is for a Back‑end Software Engineer specializing in Java who will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of secure, scalable, and high‑performance backend systems for lottery solutions.
The role involves building and maintaining microservices and RESTful APIs using the Spring ecosystem, working with relational databases such as DB2 or PostgreSQL, and collaborating within an agile, international team.
The ideal candidate will bring strong Java expertise, solid database and SQL knowledge, and a passion for delivering robust, enterprise‑grade software through innovation and teamwork.

This information reflects Brightstar Lottery’s good‑faith estimate of compensation for this position at the time of publication. Actual compensation will be determined in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and internal compensation policies. Factors that we consider include, but are not limited to, role, career level, performance, skills, level of expertise, experience, location, market competitiveness, and internal equity. The estimated starting compensation range is 146,064 zł – 224,714 zł. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
