Job summary

IDEMIA IST in Łódź, Poland is seeking a DevOps Engineer to develop and execute a DevSecOps strategy ensuring quality software deployments, secure infrastructure, and reliable performance.

You will deploy updates, build tools to reduce errors, perform root cause analysis of production problems, and design procedures for system troubleshooting within a hybrid model with monthly office visits. Candidates should bring strong Azure and CI/CD expertise.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of DevOps engineering experience in a large company.
• Proficiency with Jenkins, Git (Bitbucket), Jira, Azure, ArgoCD.
• Strong knowledge of Azure compute, networking, security, AKS.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and on-prem environments.
• Experience with metrics and monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, Azure monitoring, KQL.
• Knowledge of Bash, Python, Groovy, Istio.
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Problem-solving and collaborative mindset.

Purpose

This role is responsible for developing and executing a Development Operations (DevSecOps) strategy to ensure quality software and infrastructure deployments and overall application health, security and performance.

Profile & Other Information

To succeed on this position you should have following:

• 4+ Experience as DevOps engineer from a large company
• Proficiency with Jenkins, Git (Bitbucket) Jira, Azure, ArgoCD
• Strong knowledge about Azure compute, networking, security, AKS ( Certificates as a plus )
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and experience in managing on-prem environments.
• Experience with collecting metrics (Prometheus) and monitoring dashboards (Grafana), Azure monitoring and KQL
• Knowledge of bash, python, groovy, istio
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL
• Problem-solving attitude
• Collaborative team spirit

The role is based inŁódź, Poland.We are working inhybrid modelwith at least one visit at the office per month. If you prefer to work fully on site, our office is always open for you :)
