Job summary

IDEMIA in Łódź, Poland, is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to develop and execute a Development Operations strategy ensuring quality software, secure deployments and healthy infrastructure. Qualifications

• Experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD architectures.
• Hands-on AWS and cloud infrastructure experience.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, Loki, Prometheus).
• Proficient in Linux, Bash and scripting.
• Experience with Jenkins, Docker, and Helm charts.

Responsibilities

• Defines and implements CI/CD architectures tailored for the team’s environment.
• Develops AWS infrastructure to integrate best practices and improve performance.
• Improves development, deployment and testing to maximise automation.
• Shares knowledge and best practices across teams with clear documentation.
• Operates and debugs complex integration environments in autonomy.
• Drives infrastructure as code and collaborates with SRE teams.
• Coaches less experienced SREs and mentors other teams in tech areas.
• Supports product development through proactive collaboration with developers.
