Job summary

IDEMIA Group in Łódź, Poland, is seeking a seasoned Product Owner to define requirements for connectivity solutions and drive RSP-related initiatives. You will work with a global BUILD organization outside Europe to shape detailed specifications and influence product evolution.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage backlogs, and mentor junior staff while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work model with regular office visits in Łódź.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Telecommunications or professional services as Product Manager/Owner for eSIM profiles is preferred.
• Experience in security solutions and SIM card management is desirable.
• Proven experience with RSP tender participation for MNOs.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with cross-functional teams including development, sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk analysis and manage mitigation plans.
• Provide vision and direction to technical teams, customers and partners.

• Own quality, cost, and timeline of full projects.
• Support business teams in offers, demos and product presentations.
• Develop and execute high-complexity product plans.
• Negotiate with stakeholders and mentor junior Product Owners.
• Act as Principal Engineer within TEN when needed.

Purpose

The position is responsible for understanding and analyzing customer requirements and use cases for connectivity solution such as Remote Subscription Platform (RSP) solutions for the conusmer ecosystem, and for defining the requirements for such solutions. This position requires working closely with the BUILD organization located outside Europe to drive the more detailed specifications and the development of the connectivity solutions. We are looking for someone who is passionate about technically defining and influencing the evolution of our solutions.

Key Missions

• Analyzes and documents project requirements by connecting with stakeholders


• Defines and updates the project backlog, including acceptance criteria to ensure requirement coverage and traceability


• Leads the progress of the project against scope, timeline, budgets, quality standards and regulatory constraints


• Conducts risk analysis and monitors the mitigation plan


• Provides vision and direction to all stakeholders including technical teams and internal or external customers and partners


• Proposes proactively ways of optimizing deliveries


• Ensures proper communication and reporting to all stakeholders


• Owns the quality, cost and timeline of the full project


• Supports business teams as needed in offers’ preparation, demonstrations, products presentations, etc.


• Elaborates, manages and executes development plan of high complexity products (determined by number of components, use cases, interfaces, dependencies, customers and by the product lifecycle stage)


• Negotiates and convinces stakeholders in total autonomy


• Mentors less experienced Product Owner


• Acts at least as Principal Engineer within the TEN

Profile & Other Information

• At least 5 years’ experience in the Telecommunications industry or in professional services organization with experience as Product Manager / Product Owner ideally for the eSIM profiles definition.


• Demonstrated experience in security solutions and in managing SIM cards is desired.


• Proven RSP tender participation for MNOs .


• Strong problem solving skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to details


• Must have experience in successfully working with cross-functional teams that include development, sales and marketing staff


• Ability to effectively interface with customers and work independently in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment, and flexibility to adapt to a changing environment


• BS in Computer Science or related technical degree


• Fluent in English (excellent verbal and written skills), other languages a plus

The role is based inŁódź, Poland.We are working inhybrid model with at least two visits at the office per week. If you prefer to work fully on site, our office is always open for you :)
