Louvre Hotels Group seeks a Development Manager for Poland & CEE to drive growth of its hotel portfolio in the region. You will design and implement a development roadmap, source locations, and build a network of investors and partners.

The role requires frequent travel, strong negotiation, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to advance projects and deliver market analyses and investment proposals.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in business, real estate, hospitality or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in development, investment, real estate and/or hospitality-related roles.
• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing a development roadmap
• Sourcing new hotel locations and identifying high-potential assets
• Building and maintaining a network of investors and partners
• Coordinating a support team to deliver market analyses and economic feasibility studies
• Initiating and maintaining relationships with local stakeholders (authorities, advisors, business introducers, etc.)
• Preparing investment proposals and supporting their presentation to decision-makers
• Managing project follow-up from initial opportunity up to contract signature
• Working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and progress of projects
• Promoting projects and representing the company within relevant professional networks and events
• Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of development practices

As part of its continued expansion, the Group is creating a strategic position to support the identification and development of new development opportunities in Poland and Central & Eastern Europe (CEE).

We are looking for a Development Manager Poland & CEE to drive the growth of our hotel portfolio in the region.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing a development roadmap
• Sourcing new hotel locations and identifying high-potential assets
• Building and maintaining a network of investors and partners
• Coordinating a support team to deliver market analyses and economic feasibility studies
• Initiating and maintaining relationships with local stakeholders (authorities, advisors, business introducers, etc.)

Frequent business travel is required.
