Job summary

Kerten Hospitality is offering a Development Intern position in Poland with a remote setup. You will work with the Regional Development Lead and Development Team to identify lodging opportunities across Poland and support feasibility analyses.

Based in Poland, you will map stakeholders, prepare reports and pitch decks, and engage in outreach while developing skills in real estate, hospitality, and market research on live projects within a global portfolio.

JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source and identify lodging development opportunities in Poland by meeting different owners, developers, consulting firms, and more.
• Analyze potential development opportunities across Poland, including financial, operational, and strategic feasibility.
• Map key stakeholders including developers, brokers, investors, and landlords.
• Support financial feasibility analyses and preliminary site evaluations of the potential properties.
• Identify strategic partners and high-value opportunities through data analysis and networking research.
• Prepare reports, presentations, pitch decks, and internal briefing materials of the prospective lodging projects.
• Support outreach, meeting coordination, and relationship management activities to secure new lodging opportunities.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Background and current education may be from a range of sectors including real estate, business, hospitality, or related industries.
• Strong interest in Poland's hospitality development and lifestyle real estate.
• Exposure to real estate networks or connections is a plus.
• Self-driven and highly independent, able to manage responsibilities and deliver results in a remote work environment.
• Strong ownership mindset, takes initiative and sources potential lodging development opportunities within designated country.
• Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint required).
• Based in Poland and strong familiarity with the market.
