Job summary

Nordea Bank Abp in Łódź is seeking an Associate/Process Specialist to support back-office tasks for structured derivatives trading. You will validate trades, manage documentation and settlements, and provide sparring to traders in Nordea Markets.

You’ll join a professional, international team in a modern office with a hybrid model and opportunities to learn and grow. The role requires accuracy, collaboration, and a willingness to work shifts until 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Finance related university degree or equivalent professional experience would be an asset.
• Good command of MS Office Tools (Outlook & Excel).
• Willingness and availability to work on shifts, with working hours extending until 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Validating that trades are economically correct and fulfil requirements set out in product approval.
• Immersing yourself into trade documentation linked to lifecycle events using ISDA framework.
• Maintaining trades throughout the lifecycle.
• Handling derivatives payments.
