Job summary

Nordea Bank Abp in Łódź is seeking an Associate/Process Specialist to support back-office tasks for structured derivatives trading. You will validate trades, manage documentation and settlements, and provide sparring to traders in Nordea Markets.

You’ll join a professional, international team in a modern office with a hybrid model and opportunities to learn and grow. The role requires accuracy, collaboration, and a willingness to work shifts until 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

Associate Process Specialist (permanent position)

About Our Team

Welcome to the FX Options team. We add value by taking responsibility of a wide range of back office tasks connected with structured derivatives trading. This includes validating incoming complex derivative trades and ensuring correct and timely trade documentation and settlements. As Associate/Process Specialist you’ll play a valuable role in ensuring on-time deliveries of confirmations, settlements and deal capture validation, and provide sparring to traders in Nordea Markets.

Main responsibilities in this role

• Validating that trades are economically correct and fulfil requirements set out in product approval
• Immersing yourself into trade documentation linked to different lifecycle events primarily using the ISDA legal framework
• Maintaining trades throughout the lifecycle
• Handling derivatives payments
