Job summary

XSYS Global is seeking an analytical and proactive Demand Planning Manager to shape forecasts, optimize inventory levels and drive supply chain excellence in an international environment.

Responsibilities include developing demand forecasts, collaborating with Sales and Production, and advancing planning methodologies. The role emphasizes AI-powered forecasting and inventory optimization in a hybrid work setting at our Łódź office.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Solid experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, or a comparable role in an international environment.
• Strong analytical skills and numerical problem solving.
• Hands-on experience with forecasting tools, Excel, SAP, or ERP systems.
• Fluent English; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical sales data, market trends, business insights, and other information.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Production to identify demand drivers and validate forecasts.
• Improve demand planning processes, forecasting methodologies, KPIs, and planning standards.
• Support AI-powered forecasting and planning solutions to drive data-driven decisions.
• Balance forecasts with stock to optimize inventory and minimize excess or shortages.
• Drive SLOB and fire sale processes, and support product launches and phase-outs.
• Participate in production transfer and supply chain optimization projects.
• Prepare, analyze and improve key supply chain reports and metrics.
