Job summary

zooplus SE is seeking a Demand Planner Manager - Stock Keeping Unit (Replenishment) to lead medium-term forecasting, manage replenishment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory and stock levels. The role emphasizes scenario planning, risk management, and contributing to S&OP discussions.

The position is fixed for 12 months with hybrid work in Poland. You will own the 6-month rolling forecast, coordinate input from forecasts and promotions, and drive forecast accuracy

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or supply chain management with e-commerce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own medium-term forecast for 6 months and weekly inputs from other forecasts and promotions.
• Trigger replenishment orders based on forecast and stock targets; define reorder points and safety stock.
• Represent demand planning in S&OP meetings; provide insights on forecast accuracy and supply constraints.
• Run what-if scenarios for demand surges, delays, or promotions.
