Job summary

Simbus is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead Kinaxis implementation projects and associated application support engagements. You will oversee end-to-end delivery governance, SLA management, client communications, and team leadership in a remote setting.

The role requires 10+ years in IT or consulting project delivery, with at least 5 years in leadership roles, and experience managing SLA-based AMS/Support engagements. PMP/ITIL/PRINCE2 preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT or consulting project delivery.
• Minimum 5 years in Delivery Management, Project Management, or Service Management leadership roles.
• Experience managing SLA-based AMS/Support engagements.
• Experience managing full lifecycle implementation projects.
• Exposure to Supply Chain Planning solutions; Kinaxis experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Projects or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with excellent planning and execution capabilities.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools and automation.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certification preferred.

• Own SLA performance, ticket lifecycle management, and service governance.
• Lead Kinaxis implementation projects from planning through go-live.
• Manage project plans, RAID logs, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Conduct daily project reviews and publish weekly client status reports.
• Act as the primary client interface for all delivery communications.
• Track project effort against contracted scope and maintain delivery transparency.
• Lead, coach, and mentor delivery teams.
• Drive continuous process improvements and governance.
• Utilize AI tools and automation to improve reporting, analysis, and delivery efficiency.

Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead both Kinaxis implementation projects and application support engagements. The role is responsible for end-to-end delivery governance, SLA management, project execution, client communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
