Simbus is a fast-growing digital transformation company specializing in Supply Chain and AI solutions with a global client base. We seek a Senior Solution Consultant to own the functional design and delivery of supply chain planning solutions, translating client requirements into end-to-end processes and leading workshops across demand, supply, capacity and inventory.

The role focuses on designing future-state processes, enabling executive communication, and leveraging AI tools to raise delivery

Qualifikationen

• 6–10 years of hands-on supply chain planning experience.
• Strong Supply Planning and Capacity Planning expertise.
• Experience with MPS/MRP, capacity planning, multi-plant sourcing/allocation, BOM, pegging, lot sizing and lead times.
• Hands-on S&OP/IBP experience.
• Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory/safety stock and ATP/CTP.

Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Senior Solution Consultant with deep supply chain planning expertise to own the functional design and delivery of supply chain planning solutions. The role involves understanding current client planning processes, designing future-state processes and translating business requirements into end-to-end solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead discovery across demand, supply, capacity, inventory, order promising and S&OP.

Requirements

Must-have:

• 6–10 years of hands‑on supply chain planning experience.
  
• Strong Supply Planning and Capacity Planning expertise.
  
• Experience with MPS/MRP, capacity planning, multi‑plant sourcing/allocation, BOM, pegging, lot sizing and lead times.
  
• Hands‑on S&OP/IBP experience.
  
• Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory/safety stock and ATP/CTP.
  
• Experience with digital supply chain planning tools or transformation programs.
  
• Manufacturing experience, preferably in multi‑plant environments.
  
• Strong workshop facilitation, documentation and executive communication skills.
  
• AI fluency and comfort using AI tools in day‑to‑day work.
  
• MBA/PGDM or B.Tech/M.Tech in Operations & Supply Chain from a premier institute; IIM Mumbai/NITIE preferred.
  

Kinaxis experience is NOT mandatory. Simbus will provide Kinaxis Maestro training and certification. Experience with SAP APO/IBP, o9, Blue Yonder, OMP, Anaplan or other advanced planning systems is an advantage.

Preferred: ASCM/APICS certification, ERP planning knowledge, CRM‑driven demand signals and strong Excel/data skills

Location: Remote – India

Travel: Customer‑site travel required for workshops, plant visits, design sign-offs, go‑live and hypercare; travel may be substantial during certain project phases.
