Kinaxis Solution Expert (Freelance OR Permanent)

Hybrid On-site

We are seeking an experienced Kinaxis Solution Consultant to join our clients supply chain planning team. This is a hands on role supporting the configuration, enhancement, and optimization of Kinaxis Rapid Response platform across multiple modules. You will work closely with business stakeholders and the planning team to design and implement solutions that improve visibility, accuracy, and efficiency across our end to end supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and enhance Kinaxis Rapid Response across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, and/or Production Planning modules
• Design and build workbooks, worksheets, dashboards, alerts, and automation chains to meet business requirements
• Support integration workflows between Kinaxis and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver fit-for-purpose functionality
• Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of new features and enhancements
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal users and team members
• Support ongoing platform optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
• 3+ years hands‑on Kinaxis Rapid Response experience (configuration, authoring, and delivery)
• Experience across multiple Kinaxis modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP, Production Planning, or similar)
• Strong configuration capability: workbooks, worksheets, forms, alerts, measures, automation chains
• End‑to‑end project experience: requirements gathering through to go‑live and support
• Manufacturing or process industry background (FMCG, CPG, automotive, pharma, discrete manufacturing, or similar)

Nice to have:

• Solution design ownership (led design workshops, created technical specs, made architectural decisions)
• Kinaxis certifications (Author Level 2+, Solution Consultant Level 1+, or module‑specific badges)
• Integration experience (SAP IBP, SAP ECC/S/4, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
• Previous Solution Architect experience (or candidates capable of stepping into architecture‑level work)
• MEIO, MLS, or Optimizer exposure
