Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. seeks a Senior Kinaxis Architect to combine solution design with high-level business consulting across European clients.

You will partner with C-level stakeholders to map digital transformation roadmaps, lead end-to-end Kinaxis deployments, and shape a new European Supply Chain Practice within a global firm. You will act as a trusted advisor, design architectures, support pre-sales, and oversee implementations from discovery to handoff.

Qualifications

• Proven Kinaxis RapidResponse deployments and architecture design.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Planning (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP/IBP).
• Experience integrating Kinaxis with ERP platforms (SAP/S4HANA, Oracle).
• Proven executive advisory capabilities with C-level stakeholders.
• Pre-sales involvement: RFPs, roadmaps, client workshops.
• Senior/E-grade profile with 15–20 years in Supply Chain Consulting or Kinaxis capabilities.
• Fluent English for collaboration with international teams.

Are you looking for a role that combines Kinaxis RapidResponse solution architecture with C-level business consulting - without direct sales responsibility?

Join a Tier-1 Business Transformation Leader, drive transformation strategies for international giants, and help shape a newly established practice within European structures.

What will your tasks involve?

• Acting as a Trusted Advisor to C-Level Executives: Partnering with client leadership (Supply Chain Directors, VP of Operations, COO) to analyze operational challenges, optimize Supply Chain planning processes (Demand, Supply, Inventory Optimization, S&OP), and define digital transformation roadmaps
• Solution & Enterprise Architecture Design: Designing end-to-end Solution Architectures in Kinaxis RapidResponse (Kinaxis Maestro), defining data models, planning books, and integration frameworks with client ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
• Pre-Sales & Business Advisory Support: Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) during pre-sales and bid management (RFPs), presenting solution capabilities, and demonstrating the business value of Kinaxis transformations to prospective clients - without direct sales quota responsibility
• End-to-End Implementation Oversight: Steering transformation initiatives from the initial Discovery and Insight phases through execution, hypercare, and final operational handoff
• Practice & Thought Leadership: Developing enterprise architecture standards, creating innovative assets/offers, and helping shape the growth and capability of the European Supply Chain Practice

What we expect from you?

• Deep Kinaxis Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in designing, architecting, and implementing Kinaxis RapidResponse (or Kinaxis Maestro) solutions, with a track record of end-to-end deployments (expected 3-5 end-to-end implementations onwards)
• Supply Chain Planning Domain Knowledge: Extensive expertise in core supply chain processes, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP/IBP frameworks
• ERP Integration Experience: Practical understanding of integration architectures and data modeling between Kinaxis and enterprise ERP platforms (e.g., SAP ERP/S4HANA, Oracle)
• Senior C-Level Business Acumen: Strong consulting and executive-level advisory skills with a proven ability to engage with VP, COO, and Supply Chain Director stakeholders to drive strategic transformation discussions
• Pre-Sales & Advisory Involvement: Experience in supporting RFPs, defining digital roadmaps, leading client workshops, and translating business challenges into robust technical solution designs
• Seniority & Track Record: Senior/E-grade profile level with a strong track record in Supply Chain Consulting or Operations (15-20 years of overall experience is typical, we remain flexible for professionals with strong expert-level Kinaxis capabilities and proven project outcomes)
• Fluency in English: Excellent written and spoken English skills for seamless collaboration with global clients and distributed European project teams
