Job summary

Worldline is seeking a delivery leader to own the Data for Risk (D4R) portfolio end-to-end in Poland. You will shape how data flows, connects, and delivers value across Risk Technology, coordinating across multiple teams and turning ambition into real, measurable delivery.

You will create structure where it is missing, drive progress, and maintain a clear narrative for stakeholders, focusing on outcomes over activity.

Qualifications

• Experience with data integration, pipelines, quality frameworks and reporting.
• Ability to turn data initiatives into measurable delivery.
• Experience in regulatory or risk-driven data environments is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Own the full delivery lifecycle across Data for Risk: integration, ingestion, quality, transformation, and reporting.
• Ensure data is trusted, usable, and delivering business value.
• Drive progress across multiple concurrent data initiatives and platforms.
• Align Risk Technology, Data teams, and stakeholders around clear priorities and milestones.
• Translate technical data topics into clear business impact and risk language.
