Job summary

Worldline is seeking a delivery leader to own the Data for Risk (D4R) portfolio end-to-end in Poland. You will shape how data flows, connects, and delivers value across Risk Technology, coordinating across multiple teams and turning ambition into real, measurable delivery.

You will create structure where it is missing, drive progress, and maintain a clear narrative for stakeholders, focusing on outcomes over activity.

• Experience with data integration, pipelines, quality frameworks and reporting.
• Ability to turn data initiatives into measurable delivery.
• Experience in regulatory or risk-driven data environments is highly valued.

The opportunity

This is not a typical project management role.

You will lead the Data for Risk (D4R) portfolio end-to-end — shaping how data flows, connects, and delivers value across Risk Technology. From data integration and pipelines, to data quality and controls, to reporting and regulatory insight — you own the delivery narrative.

You step in where things get complex: multiple teams, unclear ownership, stalled execution. You bring clarity, drive alignment, and turn ambition into measurable delivery.

This is a role for someone who doesn't wait for structure — you create it.

Someone who doesn't report progress — you make it happen.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

Lead the D4R delivery agenda

• Own the full delivery lifecycle across Data for Risk: integration, ingestion, quality, transformation, and reporting
• Ensure data is not just moved, but trusted, usable, and delivering business value
• Drive progress across multiple concurrent data initiatives and platforms

Drive execution across organisational boundaries

• Align Risk Technology, Data teams, and business stakeholders around clear priorities and milestones
• Hold teams accountable for delivery — even outside your reporting line
• Remove friction where ownership is split or unclear

Bring structure to complexity

• Translate a fragmented data landscape into a clear, phased delivery plan
• Define “what good looks like” across data quality, lineage, controls, and reporting outputs
• Maintain a single, consistent view of scope, status, and dependencies

Make data delivery real

• Ensure pipelines are productionised, data is reconciled, and reporting is actionable
• Push beyond PoCs and partial delivery — completion and adoption are the goal
• Identify opportunities to accelerate value (e.g. interim datasets, simplified reporting layers)

Lead high-impact sessions

• Run focused working sessions that result in decisions, ownership, and timelines
• Challenge ambiguity, surface risks early, and drive resolution
• Expect preparation and substance — not status updates

Own the narrative upward

• Translate technical data topics into clear business impact and risk language
• Provide structured, outcome-driven updates to senior stakeholders
• Highlight what matters: progress, risks, decisions needed

Who Are We Looking For

A delivery leader, not a coordinator

• You have led complex, cross-functional programmes where data was central to success
• You are comfortable taking ownership in environments where structure is imperfect

Strong understanding of data in practice

• Experience with data integration, pipelines, quality frameworks, and reporting
• You understand the difference between “data available” and “data usable”
• Familiar with regulatory or risk-driven data environments (highly valued)

• You focus on outcomes, not activity
• You push through blockers and hold others accountable
• You are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information

• You simplify complexity into clear actions
• You can challenge senior stakeholders constructively and effectively
