Allegro in Warsaw is seeking a marketing lead to drive awareness and adoption of our delivery services across international markets.

You will partner with e-shops, digital platforms, and logistics networks, develop product communications, and create materials for the sales team. The role offers a hybrid work model, annual performance bonuses, and a rich environment with cross-functional growth opportunities.

Formación

• Background in marketing with experience in e-commerce or logistics marketing.
• Combine strategic thinking with strong analytical skills.
• Great collaborator and communicator across marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams.
• Speak English fluently (B2 level or higher); knowledge of Czech is a nice-to-have.

• Develop product communication.
• Develop product materials, brochures, case studies and tutorials for the sales team.
• Improve seller and customer onboarding journeys.
• Turn market insights, competitor data, and customer feedback into actionable marketing strategies.
• Optimize marketing automation, digital channels, and analytics tools for maximum ROI.
• Co-manage the marketing budget, ensuring smart and cost-effective investments.
• Represent the marketing & communications team in company-wide projects.

This is the right job for you if:

• Have a background in marketing with experience in e-commerce or logistics marketing
• Combine strategic thinking with strong analytical skills - you know how to turn numbers, market trends, and customer insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Are a great collaborator and communicator, comfortable bridging the gap between marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams.
• Speak English fluently (B2 level or higher) to communicate effectively in an international environment (knowledge of Czech is a nice-to-have).
• Are open to occasional business travel to meet partners and collaborate with regional teams.
