Job summary

Reply is seeking a skilled professional in Katowice to manage projects and accounts across a portfolio, driving customer success and data-driven improvements. You will coordinate milestones, monitor adoption, and ensure value delivery while collaborating with stakeholders in a hybrid environment.

The role requires 3+ years in PM/BA or related fields, strong analytical ability, and fluency in English and Polish.

Qualifications

Three or more years experience in a project management, account management, or business analysis role.
Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
Excellent verbal and written English and Polish communication skills.
Able to learn new tools quickly and work across business systems.

Responsibilities

Project management, tracking delivery milestones and dependencies, monitoring progress against plan and updating stakeholders.
Account management for a portfolio of existing customers, identifying opportunities to grow the relationship.
Customer success, monitoring product adoption and ensuring customers derive full value from their purchase.
Analyze and document how the business runs across commercial and delivery activity with improvement recommendations.
Support the commercial cycle, including quotations, renewals analysis, and customer retention reporting. Own data quality across core business systems (CRM, deals, orders).
Produce regular management reporting on commercial performance and customer health and interpret the numbers.
