Job summary

Cornerstone is seeking a Manager, Deal Desk in Kraków, hybrid. You will lead the Deal Desk, guiding quoting, pricing, and policy adherence across Sales, Finance, and Legal, while developing a high-performing team. The role emphasizes urgency, accuracy, and scalable processes.

You will manage deal progression, coach Analysts, and drive improvements to policies and the Order-to-Cash cycle, partnering with Sales leadership and Director-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role.
• Previous people management experience.
• Ability to work with urgency and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across Sales, Finance, and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Manage Day-to-day Deal Desk operations and assist with deal structuring, quoting, pricing, and approvals.
• Coach and develop Senior Analysts; provide feedback on policies and processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal to improve order-to-cash processes.
• Oversee ServiceNow ticket queues and analyze deal trends.
• Maintain knowledge of products, roadmaps, and releases to support pricing decisions.
• Review quotes for compliance and escalate as needed.
