Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków, part of HEINEKEN Global Shared Services, is seeking a DBB Deployment Business Analyst (RTR) to support deployment of the Global Template across operating companies, ensure process conformance, and drive adoption of RTR standards.

You will work as a subject-matter expert, collaborating with stakeholders, reviewing documentation, analyzing impacts, and guiding local requirements to achieve zero gaps.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of RtR experience in Financial Accounting, Period End Closing, Tax or Treasury.
• Understanding RtR Global Standards (Design Book, templates, procedures).
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills and assertiveness.
• Comfortable working under pressure in an international setting.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Ensure Global Template implementation follows the transition approach.
• Review solution documentation before distribution to key users and ensure correct representation of the subject area.
• Identify and analyze business impacts of implementing the Global Template.
• Gather, document and challenge local requirements with a zero-gap approach.
• Provide expert knowledge of the subject area and the transition methodology.
• Close gaps between 'as‑is' and 'to‑be' states; act as a change agent for Operating Companies.
• Develop processes or procedural changes to accommodate the Global Template solution.
• Ensure knowledge transfer through documentation and user training.
• Perform functional testing and support user acceptance testing to meet business requirements.
• Log issues and risks; follow through on resolutions.
• Create and improve test scenarios; support roles/responsibilities mapping.
• Keep SOPs and process documentation up to date; onboard new team members.
• Handover to Business as Usual after stabilization; contribute to status reporting.

We are looking for a DBB Deployment Business Analyst (RTR) to support the deployment of the global DBB design across Operating Companies (OpCos), ensure process conformance, and drive the successful adoption of the Record to Report Global Template. In this role, you will act as a subject‑matter expert and key partner to Operating Companies stakeholders, supporting analysis, change management, and seamless execution of standardized RTR processes.

Your responsibilities would include:

• co‑responsible for ensuring the implementation of the Global Template solution, following the transition approach
• participating in the deployment phase by reviewing solution documentation such as user guides, training manuals and system specifications prior to distribution to Operating Companies key users and end users, and ensuring that the subject area is accurately represented
• identifying and analyzing business impacts of implementing the Global Template
• working with the Solution Consultant to gather, document and challenge specific local requirements (tax, legal, compliance related) following a zero-gap approach
• providing expert knowledge of the subject area and the transition methodology
• being responsible for the successful closing of gaps between “as‑is” and “to‑be” situation
• acting as a change agent and supporting the Operating Companies on their change journey
• working with Operating Companies users to develop necessary processes or procedural changes to accommodate the Global Template solution
• ensuring proper and effective knowledge transfer (e.g. documentation, key user training, etc.)
• thoroughly performing functional testing and supporting user acceptance testing of the solution and associated procedures to confirm that the primary business requirements are met
• logging issues and risks that surface during configuration, training or other team activities and following through on resolution of those issues
• completing and improving test scenarios
• supporting roles and responsibilities mapping vs. positions
• continuously improving and keeping documentation up to date (SOPs, process descriptions, Solution ID materials, etc.)
• supporting onboarding of new team members in the functional area
• ensuring adequate handover to Business as Usual after the stabilization phase of the transition
• contributing to project status reporting.

You are a good candidate if you:

• bring 3–5 years of experience in RtR domains such as Financial Accounting, Period End Closing, Tax and Treasury
• have understanding and knowledge of RtR Global Standards, such as Design Book, templates and procedures
• manage time effectively and can prioritise in a fast‑paced and ambiguous environment
• demonstrate strong stakeholder management, influencing skills and assertiveness
• are comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic, international setting
• are fluent in English (written and spoken)
