Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a Regional Process Lead in the FP&A workstream to drive the Global Template rollout. You will coordinate with OpCos, configure systems, test modules and prepare training materials to ensure a smooth transition.

The role demands 5+ years in transformation programs, strong stakeholder management and excellent communication. You will work in a dynamic, international environment, guiding change and promoting best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a complex international environment, driving transformation projects/programs.
  • Experience distilling the voice of the customer into initiatives and managing change programs.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in ambiguous situations and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Project management and change management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze user requirements within functional areas.
  • Provide expert knowledge of the transition methodology.
  • Close gaps between the as-is and to-be situations.
  • Ensure configuration processing and implementation of process area software modules and relevant interfaces.
  • Identify business process and technology improvements and escalate them.
  • Promote adoption of Global Template practices.
  • Support OpCos through change management and sustainable adoption.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Develop processes and procedural changes with OpCos for the Global Template.
  • Foster active participation and ownership of the new solution including processes and tools.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer through documentation training and other activities.
  • Provide a communication link between project teams through regular meetings.
  • Contribute to status reporting.

Regional Process Lead is the Subject Matter Expert in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) workstream and FP&A end-to-end processes, and is the first point of contact for the OpCo Process Lead. The primary objective is to ensure the implementation of the Global Template solution following the DBB transition methodology. Regional Process Leads are co-responsible, together with the OpCo Process Lead, for coordinating and facilitating key user meetings, system configuration, module testing, scheduling key users for system tests, preparing process documents, approving training documentation and relevant end user training.

Your responsibilities would include:
  • identifying and analyzing user requirements within functional areas
  • providing expert knowledge of the subject area and the transition methodology
  • closing gaps between the "as-is" and "to-be" situations
  • ensuring configuration processing and implementation of process area software modules and relevant interfaces
  • identifying business process and technology improvements and escalating them to the Business Solutions team
  • promoting the adoption of business practices and processes utilized by the new Global Template solution
  • supporting OpCos throughout their change management journey and ensuring sustainable adoption of changes
  • driving and executing stakeholder engagement jointly with key stakeholders
  • developing necessary processes and procedural changes with OpCos to accommodate the Global Template solution
  • fostering active participation and ownership of the new solution including processes and tools within OpCos
  • ensuring effective knowledge transfer through documentation training and other supporting activities
  • providing a communication link between project teams through regular Project Team and Team Leader meetings
  • contributing to status reporting.
You are a good candidate if you have:
  • a university Bachelor or Master’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in a complex international environment, driving transformation projects/programs
  • experience in distilling the voice of the customer and converting it into initiatives
  • experience working within and implementing complex change projects
  • problem-solving skills using techniques to identify the root cause of issues
  • high level of autonomy
  • ability to manage relationships with stakeholders with conflicting interests
  • strong communication and influencing skills, communicating through understanding, influencing and/or serving others, and bringing more than facts to win arguments and influence others
  • proven experience in building trusted and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders through credibility, trust and rapport at all levels, both within Global and OpCo teams
  • ability to bring people along on the transformational change journey that is DBB
  • project management, good organisational and planning skills, change management experience
  • strong cultural awareness and versatility in styles
  • ability to work collaboratively with and through others
  • flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in ambiguous situations, deal with complexity and manage time pressure
