Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (HEINEKEN Global Shared Services) is seeking a DBB Deployment Business Analyst (RTR) to support the rollout of the global RTR design across OpCos and ensure process conformance. You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption of the Record to Report Global Template and provide subject-matter expertise during analysis, change management and implementation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of RtR experience in financial accounting, period end closing, tax or treasury.
• Understanding RtR Global Standards, Design Book, templates and procedures.
• Strong time management, prioritisation in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and assertiveness.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Co‑responsible for implementing the Global Template solution following the transition approach.
• Review solution documents and ensure accurate representation for key users.
• Identify and analyse business impacts of the Global Template.
• Gather and challenge local requirements (tax, legal, compliance) with zero-gap approach.
• Provide expert knowledge of the subject area and transition methodology.
• Close gaps between as‑is and to‑be situations.
• Act as change agent to support Operating Companies on the change journey.
• Develop processes or procedures to fit the Global Template.
• Ensure knowledge transfer through documentation and training.
• Perform functional testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Log issues, risks and drive resolution.
• Create and improve test scenarios.
• Map roles/responsibilities to positions.
• Keep SOPs and process descriptions up to date.
• Onboard new team members in the functional area.
• Handover to Business as Usual after stabilization.
• Contribute to project status reporting.
