Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (HEINEKEN Global Shared Services) seeks a DBB Deployment Business Analyst (RTR) to support the deployment of the global RTR design across Operating Companies, ensure conformance, and drive adoption of the Record to Report Global Template. You will act as a subject-matter expert, supporting analysis, change management, and seamless execution of standardized RTR processes.

You will review documentation, gather local requirements, close gaps between as-is and to-be, transfer

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in RtR domains such as Financial Accounting, Period End Closing, Tax and Treasury.
• Understanding of RtR Global Standards, templates and procedures.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills and assertiveness; able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of the Global Template solution following the transition approach.
• Review solution documentation before distribution to Operating Companies key users and end users.
• Identify and analyze business impacts of implementing the Global Template.
• Gather local requirements with the Solution Consultant ensuring zero-gap alignment.
• Provide expert knowledge of the subject area and transition methodology.
• Support knowledge transfer through documentation and training.
• Perform functional testing and support user acceptance testing to meet primary requirements.
• Contribute to project status reporting and maintain SOPs and process descriptions.
