Job summary

HedgeServ is seeking a Database Services Manager to lead their Database Services team in Poland. In this role, you will manage operations, ensuring performance and robustness of SQL Server systems in a hybrid environment.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SQL Server, experience with cloud platforms like AWS, and skills in automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible. The position offers hybrid work options and various benefits including health and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science.
• Proven experience managing database operations in a 24x7 environment.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Always-On 2019 - 2025.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Database Services operations team in a hybrid environment.
• Oversee weekend maintenance activities and ensure proper change management.
• Build automation processes using Terraform and Ansible.
