Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking an experienced SQL Server DBA for a role based in Gdynia. The candidate will support migration planning and execution, operate SQL Server databases in hybrid environments, and ensure documentation is up to date. Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience as a SQL Server DBA or Database Engineer.
• Solid experience with SQL Server on Windows in enterprise environments.
• Experience with cloud-based SQL Server deployments.
• Knowledge of High Availability / Disaster Recovery concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support migration planning, execution, validation, and post-migration stabilization.
• Operate SQL Server databases in hybrid environments.
• Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure documentation and operational procedures are updated.
