• Proven experience leading, managing, and developing teams in transformation/tech environments.
• Experience balancing strategic responsibilities with operational delivery.
• Demonstrated success leading teams through significant business, process, or technology change.
• Experience defining product requirements, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and influencing without direct authority.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing Content Operations transformation team (7–15).
• Define and translate vision into strategy, roadmap, and release plans for content infrastructure capabilities.
• Drive organisational change, adoption of new tools, and automation initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, Data Strategy, Risk and Governance.
• Establish KPIs and governance to monitor performance, value, and risk across delivery.
