• Experience translating business requirements into operational and technical solutions.
• Process automation and transformation experience across data operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English (C1 level) and ability to work across international teams.
• 3–5 years in data transformation or financial data operations.
• Ability to balance independent work with collaboration.
