The Position

Join our Data to Analytics team as a Data to Analytics Expert . In this role, you will combine advanced analytics, dashboard development, data architecture, and strategic stakeholder engagement to deliver innovative solutions that support business decision-making across multiple domains.

You will lead the design and implementation of complex analytics products, reporting solutions, and underlying data structures while partnering with senior business stakeholders to translate strategic requirements into scalable and sustainable solutions.

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the future analytics landscape by combining expertise in data engineering, analytics product development, business intelligence, and data governance.

Tasks & Responsibilities

As a Data to Analytics Expert, you will be responsible for:

Strategic Analytics Solutions
  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-level analytics products, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
  • Translate complex and strategic business requirements into scalable analytics solutions that support organizational objectives.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in dashboard development, analytics design, and business intelligence delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and simplification across the analytics landscape.
Analytics Product Ownership
  • Define and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics products and reporting solutions.
  • Ensure solutions remain scalable, maintainable, and aligned with evolving business priorities.
  • Lead strategic enhancement initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across existing analytics products.
  • Support the onboarding, transition, and integration of new analytics services into the Data to Analytics organization.
Strategic Data Pipeline Architecture & Data Engineering
  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of highly scalable and complex data pipelines using SQL, DBT, and modern data platforms.
  • Define technical approaches for data ingestion, transformation, integration, and storage.
  • Ensure analytics solutions are built on robust, efficient, and future-ready data foundations.
  • Drive technical excellence in data engineering, automation, and pipeline design.
Enterprise Data Models & Data Structures
  • Design and govern scalable enterprise data models supporting analytics and reporting use cases.
  • Translate ambiguous and high-level business requirements into efficient and sustainable data structures.
  • Promote reuse, harmonization, and standardization of data assets across business domains.
  • Ensure consistency, scalability, and long-term maintainability of analytical data models.
Strategic Data Validation & Quality Assurance
  • Establish and maintain validation frameworks, testing strategies, and quality standards for analytics products and data pipelines.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and reliability across reporting and analytical solutions.
  • Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of complex data and reporting issues.
  • Define quality assurance standards and best practices across the Data to Analytics organization.
Strategic Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partner with senior business stakeholders, product owners, and leadership teams to shape analytics roadmaps and priorities.
  • Facilitate strategic discussions and translate business challenges into actionable data and analytics solutions.
  • Build strong relationships across business functions and ensure analytics products deliver measurable business value.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on analytics, reporting, and data-related topics.
Data Governance & Standards Leadership
  • Lead initiatives that strengthen data governance, reporting standards, documentation quality, and operational excellence.
  • Establish enterprise-level standards for analytics development, documentation testing, and support processes.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, security requirements, and data management principles.
  • Drive continuous improvement of governance and delivery frameworks.
Mentoring & Capability Building
  • Mentor analysts, dashboard developers, and data professionals within the Data to Analytics organization.
  • Support knowledge sharing and capability development across the team.
  • Promote modern analytics practices and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Contribute to the long-term growth and maturity of the Data to Analytics function.
Requirements

You should be fluent in English (minimum B2 level) and have at least 6 years of professional experience in analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, data architecture, or related areas.

You are comfortable operating in complex international environments, leading strategic initiatives, and collaborating with senior stakeholders across multiple business domains.

Must Have
  • University degree in Information Technology, Business Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, or related areas.
  • Strong expertise in SQL and data transformation concepts.
  • Experience designing and optimizing complex data pipelines and analytical solutions.
  • Experience with Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar Business Intelligence platforms.
  • Experience translating business requirements into scalable analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data modelling and analytical data structures.
  • Experience with data validation, testing, and quality assurance practices.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving competence for complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Agile, accountable, and proactive mindset with a solution- and result-oriented approach.
  • Ability to independently drive topics from concept through implementation.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with dbt, Snowflake, or other modern cloud-based data platforms.
  • Experience supporting enterprise analytics, reporting, or digital solution portfolios.
  • Experience working with SAP and ERP-based data environments.
  • Experience in dashboard development and advanced data visualization.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Commercial Analytics, Sales Analytics, Finance Analytics, Procurement Analytics, HR Analytics, or related business domains.
  • Experience leading service transitions, onboarding activities, or knowledge transfer initiatives.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Scrum, or Kanban.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching other analytics professionals.
  • Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and enterprise data management principles.
