Job summary

DCG in Poland is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to manage the full lifecycle of critical applications, ensuring stability, data quality and continuous improvement. You will coordinate incidents, problems and changes with internal teams and external vendors, while driving automation and scalable reporting solutions.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, procurement data understanding and excellent English communication across seniority levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in application management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of incident, problem and change management processes.
• Experience with Snowflake and Power BI, data quality and reporting solutions.
• Excellent English communication with stakeholders across functions and seniority.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of business-critical applications, ensuring stability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and optimise application performance, data flows and reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process optimisation and improved data quality.
• Coordinate incidents, problems and changes with internal teams and external vendors.
• Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of application and data-related issues.
• Ensure applications meet risk, security, compliance and documentation requirements.
• Maintain reporting solutions based on Snowflake, Power BI and related data sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, procurement and risk functions.
• Support requirements gathering, prioritisation and implementation of enhancements.
• Contribute to scalable, sustainable future-state solutions.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional improvement initiatives.
