Job summary

DCG Poland seeks an Application Administrator – Data & Reporting Solutions to manage the lifecycle of critical applications and optimise data flows. You will work with Snowflake and Power BI to deliver reliable reporting, collaborating with stakeholders across business and risk functions.

This role emphasizes data quality, security, and scalable solutions, with opportunities to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in application management or IT systems support.
• Strong incident, problem and change management knowledge.
• Experience with Snowflake and Power BI for data reporting.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of IT risk, security and compliance requirements.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Application Administrator – Data & Reporting Solutions

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of business-critical applications, ensuring their stability, availability and continuous improvement
• Monitor and optimise application performance, data flows and reporting processes
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation, process optimisation and improved data quality
• Coordinate incidents, problems and changes, working closely with internal teams and external vendors
• Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of application and data-related issues
• Ensure applications meet relevant risk, security, compliance and documentation requirements
• Maintain reliable reporting solutions based on Snowflake, Power BI and related data sources
• Cooperate with stakeholders across business, technology, procurement and risk functions
• Support requirements gathering, prioritisation and implementation of application enhancements
• Contribute to the design of scalable and sustainable future-state solutions
• Lead or contribute to multiple cross-functional application and improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in application management, application administration, IT systems support or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of incident, problem and change management processes
• Experience working with Snowflake, Power BI, data quality and reporting solutions
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience in systems administration, preferably as a Business Systems Analyst, IT Analyst or similar role within procurement
• Good understanding of IT risk, security and compliance requirements
• Strong stakeholder management, vendor management and collaboration skills
• Experience in project management or coordinating cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to manage and contribute to multiple application-related projects simultaneously
• Excellent English communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of DORA or third-party risk management
• Experience with requirements management, process analysis and prioritisation
• Understanding of procurement, supplier or third-party data
• Experience designing scalable solutions and driving continuous improvement
