Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a skilled Snowflake Analyst to join our data-focused team in Warsaw. You will elicit, analyze, and document requirements, translate business needs into IT solutions, and ensure alignment between business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities include data extraction, mapping, and modeling across sources, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting continuous improvement within the team. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT/BA/data analyst experience.
• Experience with Snowflake or cloud data platforms.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience eliciting, analyzing and documenting requirements.
• Experience creating data mappings and documenting data flows.
• Understanding of IT solution design and system integrations.
• Ability to define functional and non-functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and IT teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, validate and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into structured IT solution requirements.
• Bridge business and IT to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Extract, analyse, visualize and interpret data from multiple sources for analysis.
• Prepare data mappings and analyze relationships between sources and systems.
• Perform gap analysis between as-is and to-be solutions.
• Contribute to IT solution design with architects and technical teams.
• Document data flows, requirements and target-state solutions.
• Define clear acceptance criteria for requirements.
• Manage stakeholders and facilitate cross-organisational alignment.
• Participate in team ceremonies and help resolve issues.
• Support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
