Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a skilled QA Tester with strong Data Warehouse Testing experience to join an ongoing data-focused initiative. The project leverages Snowflake, AWS, and dbt to support complex ETL processes and large-scale data transformations.

You will collaborate with Data Engineers and Developers to ensure data accuracy, validate critical data flows, and drive improvements to the data platform from day one. Hybrid work model from Gdynia/Gdańsk/Warszawa/Łódź.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Data Warehouse Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques.
• Experience testing ETL/Data Integration processes.
• Experience working with AWS.
• Knowledge of dbt and testing data transformations.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and identify data quality issues.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with Jira and test management tools.

Responsibilities

• Validate complex data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Perform end-to-end testing of data warehouse solutions.
• Verify data quality, consistency, completeness, and accuracy.
• Create and execute SQL-based test scenarios.
• Review and validate data transformations implemented in dbt.
• Support automation of data validation processes.
• Collaborate closely with developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders; identify, document, and track defects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.

Salary: 1000 - 1100 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (2/3 days per week from the office)

You will collaborate closely with Data Engineers and Developers, ensuring data accuracy, validating business-critical data flows, and supporting continuous improvements of the data platform. The role requires someone who can quickly integrate into an existing environment and deliver value from day one.
