Aleph is seeking an experienced Data Privacy Associate Manager to lead global data protection efforts, advise on AI governance, and support cross‑border privacy compliance.

The role focuses on DPIAs, GDPR/RODO compliance, and advising on AI risk categories, with a base salary starting from PLN 168,000 gross annually and a variable component. Warsaw based, in a fast‑growing legal team.

Qualifications

• A law degree is required.
• Strong GDPR knowledge and data privacy practice.
• Hands-on experience with AI systems across risk categories.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain data protection records at a global level.
• Support contracts and internal policies in data protection and GDPR/RODO.
• Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments with the team.
• Advise on AI governance, risk classification, and cross-functional coordination.
• Monitor AI regulations and advise on their privacy implications across markets.
• Advise on responsible AI governance and internal AI use policies.
• Coordinate with colleagues on privacy compliance in non-EU markets.
• Collaborate on internal data protection audits at Aleph Group.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and educational materials on data protection and AI compliance.
• Participate in data protection, privacy, and AI‑related legal projects.
