Job summary

Aleph is seeking a Data Privacy Associate Manager to join our Warsaw-based legal team. You will manage data protection records, DPIAs, and privacy compliance across multiple markets, coordinating with product, tech, and contracting to align with GDPR/RODO and AI-regulation requirements.

With 4–6 years in data privacy, you will shape our global privacy program, advise on non-EU markets, and help implement responsible AI governance. English fluency and a proactive, curious mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• A law degree with GDPR/RODO focus.
• 4–6 years hands-on data privacy and compliance experience.
• Experience implementing AI systems compliance across risk categories.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain global data protection records and documentation.
• Support contract and policy drafting in data protection and GDPR/RODO.
• Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) with the team.
• Advise on AI governance, risk classification, and regulatory obligations across products/tech.
