Accenture Poland seeks a Manager, Data & AI Compliance to design and lead the global data & AI compliance program. You will work with the Legal, Risk, and AI teams to ensure regulatory alignment and enforce policy across services.

The role requires senior expertise in governance, data management, and compliance, with a focus on embedding values and trust in client engagements worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of data governance and AI, with related policy and laws.
• Experience in compliance programs, ideally multinational.
• Ability to operationalize strategy and translate trends into actions.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Review projects to ensure compliance with laws and voluntary commitments.
• Identify current and future regulatory requirements and translate into policies.
• Collaborate with risk, information security and teams to run the program.
• Support client-facing work with guidance to contracting counsel.
• Engage stakeholders across Accenture to embed data & AI compliance early.
• Develop guidance and thought leadership for internal audiences.
• Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
