Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to leverage data analytics to improve risk management, control effectiveness and strategic decision-making across Technology, Cyber and Data Risk functions. You will work with large datasets, build insights, and develop reporting solutions to influence business outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Experience with large datasets and translating findings into business recommendations.
• Experience with Power BI or Qlik or similar visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and management information solutions.
• Transform data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Design and enhance key risk, performance, and control metrics.
• Support data-driven decision-making across global teams.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and business stakeholders to improve reporting capabilities and data quality.
• Contribute to process optimization and transformation initiatives within the control management environment.
