Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to analyze large datasets, develop dashboards, and convert findings into actionable business insights. You will support senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations and collaborate with global teams to enhance reporting and data quality.

The role emphasizes building risk and control metrics, driving process improvements, and communicating effectively with stakeholders across functions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Experience with large datasets and translating findings into business recommendations.
• Experience with Power BI or Qlik or similar visualization tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Experience in risk, governance, compliance, audit, or control management environments is an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and management information solutions.
• Transform data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Design and enhance key risk, performance, and control metrics.
• Support data-driven decision-making across global teams.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and business stakeholders to improve reporting capabilities and data quality.
