Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to leverage data analytics to help improve risk management, control effectiveness, and strategic decision-making across Technology, Cyber and Data Risk functions. The role involves working with large datasets, building insights, creating reporting solutions, and partnering with stakeholders to influence business outcomes.

The position is hybrid with Cracow office presence 3 times per month.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Experience with large data sets and translating findings into business recommendations
• Experience with Power BI or Qlik
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment
• Working from the office in Cracow 3 times per month

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Develop dashboards, reports, and management information solutions
• Transform data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders
• Design and enhance key risk, performance, and control metrics
• Support data-driven decision-making across global teams
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and business stakeholders to improve reporting capabilities and data quality
• Contribute to process optimization and transformation initiatives within the control management environment
