Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to leverage data analytics for risk management, control effectiveness, and strategic decision-making across Technology, Cyber and Data Risk functions. You will analyze large datasets, build meaningful insights, and create reporting solutions while partnering with stakeholders to influence business outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Experience working with large datasets and translating findings into business recommendations
• Previous work with Power BI, Qlik, or similar visualization tools
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment
• Experience in risk, governance, compliance, audit, or control management environments is an advantage
• Working from the office in Cracow 3 times per month

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Develop dashboards, reports, and management information solutions
• Transform data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Design and enhance key risk, performance, and control metrics
• Support data-driven decision-making across global teams
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and business stakeholders to improve reporting capabilities and data quality
• Contribute to process optimization and transformation initiatives within the control management environment
