Sii Poland is seeking a data-focused professional to analyze large datasets, develop insightful dashboards, and turn data into actionable guidance for global teams. You will work closely with data engineers and business stakeholders to improve reporting and data quality, contributing to control management initiatives.

The role emphasizes governance, risk, and compliance aspects within a dynamic, multinational environment, with regular office presence in Cracow (3x per month).

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Data Analyst / Reporting Analyst or BI Analyst.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Experience with large datasets and turning findings into business recommendations.
• Experience with Power BI or Qlik or similar tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and management information solutions.
• Transform data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Design and enhance key risk, performance, and control metrics.
• Support data-driven decision-making across global teams.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and business stakeholders to improve reporting and data quality.
• Contribute to process optimization and transformation initiatives in control management.
