You will analyze large datasets, build meaningful insights, and create reporting solutions while partnering with stakeholders to influence business outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Experience working with large datasets and translating findings into business recommendations
• Previous work with Power BI, Qlik, or similar visualization tools
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment
• Experience in risk, governance, compliance, audit, or control management environments is an advantage
• Working from the office in Cracow 3 times per month
