Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer, supplier, and asset data in company systems.
• Process and validate meter readings to ensure accurate billing and reporting.
• Handle requests and data updates through ServiceNow within agreed timelines.
• Ensure all data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Respond to customer and stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Investigate and resolve data-related issues and operational requests.
• Work closely with internal teams to support smooth day-to-day operations.
• Monitor service levels and contribute to achieving team performance targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Deliver excellent customer service while following company policies and procedures.
