Qualifications

• Good command of English (minimum B2).
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communication, listening and questioning skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to work efficiently on repetitive tasks.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update customer, supplier, and asset data in company systems.
• Process and validate meter readings to ensure accurate billing and reporting.
• Handle requests and data updates through ServiceNow within agreed timelines.
• Ensure all data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Respond to customer and stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Investigate and resolve data-related issues and operational requests.
• Work closely with internal teams to support day-to-day operations.
• Monitor service levels and contribute to achieving team performance targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Deliver excellent customer service while following company policies and procedures.
