Capgemini в Варшаве ищет Data Engineer для участия в разработке и совершенствовании глобальной маркетинговой платформы данных для FMCG-компании. Ваша задача — строить масштабируемые решения, обеспечивающие аналитику и data-driven маркетинг.

Требуется 4+ лет опыта в Data Engineering, глубокие знания Python, Spark и Databricks, SQL и PySpark. Ожидается работа в международной среде, владение английским на уровне B2/C1. Гибридный формат и обучающие программы доступны через мульти-платформу Capgemini.

As a Data Engineer, you will join a team responsible for developing and enhancing a global marketing data platform for one of the world's leading FMCG companies. You will play a key role in building scalable data solutions that enable advanced analytics and data-driven marketing decisions.

Задачи

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data processing solutions in cloud environments. Build, optimize, and support ETL pipelines, as well as data integration and transformation processes to ensure high-quality, reliable, and consistent data for analytics and reporting platforms. Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, troubleshoot production issues, support end users, and deliver new functionalities using technologies such as Databricks, Spark, and Python.

Требования

4+ years of experience in Data Engineering, with strong hands-on expertise in Python, Spark, and Databricks. Strong knowledge of SQL and practical experience using PySpark to process and transform large-scale datasets. Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and data integration solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, international environment. Professional English proficiency (B2/C1 level).

Будет плюсом: Experience working with cloud-based data platforms; familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus
