Part‑time internship; Personalized learning in groups of 3–15 or one‑on‑one; At least three months for group internships; individual internship length can follow international standards; Guidance and support from an experienced mentor; Hands‑on experience with real‑world IT projects; Successful interns might receive a full‑time job offer after the program.
