Job summary

Opella in Warsaw is seeking a Media / Digital Manager to lead integrated full‑funnel media strategy across multiple markets in the CEE region. You will work with agencies and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑performing, insight‑driven campaigns aligned with global guidance and local needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in media or digital marketing, either agency‑side or in‑house.
• Strong understanding of media strategy, planning, and performance across channels.
• Ability to translate data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience managing cross‑functional projects and delivering business outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solution‑focused approach.
• Fluent in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of integrated media strategies across multiple markets.
• Partner with agencies and internal teams to deliver effective, high‑impact campaigns.
• Collaborate with Brand, E‑commerce, and Global Media teams to align priorities and execution.
• Leverage consumer insights to optimise targeting, channel mix, and content strategy.
• Apply expertise across digital and traditional media channels (social, video, programmatic, SEM).
• Support development of a learning agenda to improve performance and share best practices.
• Drive localisation and implementation of global digital initiatives across the region.
