Sii Poland is seeking a Lead Data Analyst (Power BI) to bridge business and technology, shaping analytical solutions and dashboards for clients from Krakow to Katowice. You will mentor the Power BI team, collaborate with data engineers, and drive data-driven decision making across projects.

The role requires 7+ years in Power BI analytics, strong SQL/Python/DAX skills, and experience with data platforms and cloud solutions. Polish and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Power BI analytics and data.
• Experience as Tech Lead / Lead Developer / Senior Consultant.
• Knowledge of Data Governance, semantic modeling, and best reporting practices.
• Advanced SQL, Python, and DAX skills.
• Experience with DWH architecture, Data Lakehouse, and cloud solutions.
• Experience with client projects, requirements gathering, and presentations.
• Fluent Polish and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs.
• Conduct workshops and translate goals into Power BI dashboards.
• Define reporting standards and data governance practices.
• Coordinate with ETL developers, data architects, and DevOps/FinOps.
• Lead the team, mentor analysts, and provide technical support.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and usability of delivered solutions.
• Monitor analytics trends and help develop the Data & Analytics Center's offer.
• Represent the organization at conferences and market events.
