Job summary

UPM is seeking an Architect, IT Data and Digital Enablement to join the newly formed Data and Digital Enablement (DDE) team in UPM Business Hub Poland in Wroclaw.

You will bridge business needs with technology, translating challenges into scalable data and digital solutions using Snowflake, dbt, and Azure.

The role involves collaboration with business stakeholders and delivery teams, with a hybrid work model in Wroclaw and clear opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience working with data and digital solutions.
• Hands-on experience on Snowflake, dbt and Azure.
• Knowledge of analytics tools, e.g. Power BI is a benefit.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good at networking and collaborating.

Responsibilities

• As a Solution Architect, you will help our Business Hub turn ideas into impactful data and digital solutions.
• You will work hands-on with business stakeholders from early ideation through solution design and implementation.
• Leverage our Common Data Platform, analytics tools, and Azure cloud services.
• Translate business challenges into scalable, secure, value-creating data solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and data engineers throughout the lifecycle.
• Act as a Solution Architect throughout delivery, supporting teams and partners.
